Please please PLEASE stay away from weight-loss drugs. They can significantly damage your body in the process of helping you lose fat. Fat-burning drugs contain synephrine or ephedrine, which are associated with arrhythmia of the heart (irregularity) and myocardial infarction (interrupted blood supply to the heart). Ephedrine is outlawed in many countries, for good reason, and synephrine isn't a very different alternative.

If you want to raise your metabolism, there are safer, more natural ways to do it. Regular, moderate exercise during the day (walking, etc.) along with your workout can keep your basal metabolic rate elevated. Also, small, frequent snacks during the day will also help to maintain a higher metabolism.

Amino acids are just protein. I can't see them doing anything significant to increase weight loss, but protein is essential to repair muscles after exercise. I would suggest getting them from a whole food source, however.

Lastly, don't feel rushed when it comes to losing weight. The slower that you lose it, the easier it will be to keep it off. Taking it slowly will allow you to adjust to the change in lifestyle that you went through to do it. It will also let your resting metabolism to adjust.

the proplem is that when i was 17 i decided to go on a diet and exercising program i started on Aug 2007 and my wight was 113 kg !!!! on march 2009 my wight was 69 kg !! in 2yrs i lost 44kg !! and that was a Huge secsas for me BUT in the same month march 2009 i had a car accident and i injured my hip so the doctor advised me to NOT move alot and i can't do any rough activities so i gained the weight back . on sep 2010 and after the medical advice i decided to go back to gym and my wight back then was 97 kg and now 72kg i'm really tired from my diet so my trainer advised as what u said that i have to stay away from those supplements & to try to eat Animal protein like meat ,fish ...etc !
tell me what u think ? :)
& Thank u so much

Yeah, animal protein is a really good idea. If you want leaner options, go with fish and poultry and stay away from red meat.

And if you want some low-impact activities that won't aggravate your injuries, some good choices are the elliptical machine, swimming, and hiking.
