i have 1Q My wight was 97 kg my current wight is 72kg i lost 25kg in 1year bay "weightlifting" ,biking and off course a "Healthy Diet
almost vegetarian with eggs and low fat Milk brodactes like 3 to 4 cubs a day "Butter milk, yogurt and cheese " but the problem is my height 158 cm :S i'm very short :S & its very hard to lose wight at the end i lost 2 kg in 4 months!!! my goal is 65 kg :S i'm 21 and the question is what's the proper wight for me ? can i take fat burning supplements like Lipo6 x ...etc ? are they effective? c
+ a week ago I bought Amino acid tabs 2222 cause some ppl said that those druges can raise the metabolism! can i use them ? :confused4:
