Fat Burning Furnace

Hi!
I think you've hit (forgive the pun...!) the nail on the head when you mentioned HIIT!
Doing high intensity work will always give a good result and like you say it's a lot better than dieting!
In a decade of owning an award winning club of my own it used to frustrate me greatly when people just dawdled through their cardio equating time spent with results earned. Then they would complain when there were NO results.
To get results you must leave your comfort zone, get sweaty and increase that heart beat. You know that of course being a former dancer!
Good luck with your endeavours!

I think people make it too hard. Cals in vs cals out...eat less and move more...keep it simple!
That's it in a nutshell!
Why we over-complicate it, I do not know. Probably to cloud the issue of not wanting to address that very point - eat less and move more!
We will go to any lengths to avoid working hard and so never achieve the results we crave.
It's called a WORKout after all...otherwise it would be an EASYout and we know what happens then!
