I want to shift 3 stone before Christmas. Today I have started Lipotrim. Its a tough Diet.

I am going to post in here every day to keep myself motivated ..

Please dont hesitate to comment, especially encouraging ones...



 
Hi Mark, & welcome to the forum. 3 stone(19kg) by Christmas? That is a lot of weight in such a short time. Have you been overweight for a long time? What will you do when you finish using Lipotrim? (I had to look it up as I hadn't heard of it before, being in Australia.) I assume you are using it under medical supervision. Everyone has different ideas about the best way to lose weight, but keeping it off is crucial. There are so many things that we can do, day by day, that will improve our health & well-being- making positive changes to our diet & lifestyle, replacing old bad habits with good ones, cutting down processed food, moving more, drinking more water, getting a good night's sleep....etc.
I think it's a shame that you call yourself "the fat bloke from Yorkshire" as it's thinking of yourself in a negative way. Almost all of us in here were very overweight once. Start thinking of your positive qualities & imagine yourself slim & healthy. Building your self-esteem is half the battle I think.

Hey Mark, another welcome to the forum! I agree that three stone in two months is a lot, but of course I don´t know anything about you. Is the lipotrim a kickstart for more weightloss or is three stone all you want to lose? Would you like to share your goals with us? I think the most important thing is to keep those fixed in your mind, then you can absolutely to what you want to do!

Day 2 .... lost 6lb....

Feeling ok, kept up my water levels ... which means weeing a lot !

Went to the Gym, did 45 mins on the cross trainer and rowing machine which used 450 calories.

The calorie count for the Lipotrim shakes was 500 calories ...

I am supervised by the Chemist, I have to go every week, collect that weeks supply of Lipotrim and of course get weighed.

My Chemist is also on the same diet, and he is a guy as well, similar build to me. Think we will end up supporting each other.

I was on this diet in 2011 and lost 6 stone in 82 days, what I did not do was to change my habits and I have gained 2 stone back on. I have set myself a 3 stone target so I will be a stone lighter this time when I finish the diet. I run 10k`s for Charity and have a run in Febuary that I need to be really fit for.

I will lose 12 lb in the first week, which of course is all water, then drop to a constant 5lb per week, so 3 stone before Xmas should be achieveable , close call but achievable. Refeed properly during xmas and then a high protein diet all of January in preparation for the race.

I agree with the others that 3 stone is a lot by Christmas. Please be careful. Losing weight too fast isn't always good. You also want to make sure you are able to maintain the weight lost.
 
Day 3 and another 3lb. Total 9lb ......

Did not drink enough water yesterday , need to address that today ..

No Gym Work because I got home from work too late

Day 5 .........
Total Loss 14lb .......... water intake has been good , Gym work hasnt though... Just been too busy with work stuff.

Went to a party yesterday for a friends engagement ....... It was really tough ...

The house party started at 2 pm i the afternoon. We go there for 3pm....

lots of people drinking that really was hard to watch, even more so, there was a running buffet all day until 12 midnight when we left ..

I am really proud that I stuckk to my water, joined in the fun and the banter and got through the day without giving in ....

The reward this morning is a full 1 stone loss in 5 days ...



 
O wow, that´s amazing! Both the loss and drinking water instead of eating/drinking along with the others.
 
Day 6 ..... 2lb gone ... Total loss 16lb.......

Not enough water intake today, need to drink more ....

Played football for a hour , calories lost 490 Calories intake 420 .



 
Day 7 ...... Loss 2lb total loss 18lb ....

Not enough water yesterday , must improve water intake today ..

Preparing for the 2nd week slowdown now ........

Hoping to do a constant 5lb per week .......
 
It is a bit insane LaMarie, but I have my determined head on ...

Week 2 onwards will slow down now, if I can drop 5 lb a week I will be happy and should hit the 3 stone loss by mid december to Xmas time .
 
Yay for determination :) What´s the deal with your water drinking by the way? Do you forget, can´t you keep a bottle or something with you or do you just not like drinking the stuff? Setting an alarm might help.

Thats a great idea ... Ive set a 30 min alarm on my phone. Never thought of that ...

I am in Sales so sat in my car 5 hours a day between appointments ... I take a bottle out with me , but once that is gone I tend not to have anymore because I am finding it difficult to get it down ...
 
Day 9 ...... Total Loss 21lb .......

Really looking forward to passing the 2 stone mark , hopefully by end of next week ...

Visit with Chemist yesterday , everything okay and Keotis is normal .
In the 7 years he has been dispensing this product I have lost the most amount in the first week ..

Energy levels are good, played football for an hour last night ... Sleeping is a bit strange though.......Not feeling tired until midnight ...

So far so good ...

1 stone 7 lbs to go before Xmas ......
