Fat arms!

does anybody know any good exercises for the top of your arms (bingo wings)!, mine are really saggy, and ive got stretch marks on them now as well :( so i cant wear short sleeve tops any more.

How do you tone them up????
 
I've heard that you cant spot reduce just one part of you, you have to lose weight over all. 500 less calories from what you eat now, plus cardio and weight training for your arms? This is what I'm doing. I'd like to know if I'm doing it wrong though lol..

I've been doing a combo of light weight training with my arms and cardio and it seems to be working well for me. I finally have some muscle definition and my arms have defintely firmed up. My suggestion to you would be get some light, maybe 2 pound weights (that's what I use) and a tape or DVD that show some excersises on how to firm up that area. If you do this every other day and cardio on the other days, it should help quite a bit.
