Hi there. Long post...
I need some advice here, and hope you will give me some
I've decided NOW that I want a better lifestyle, I weigh about 145..Better late than never!
In about 3 and half weeks, I will be fasting, which is abstaining from food, water, smoking(which I don't), and drinking(which I don't). This is part of my religion, which I follow, and I can't ignore it. The fasting will last about 30 days, where I can't do the things listed above, from approx. about 6am til 8pm..which is about 14hrs?! When I am able to eat, at 8pm..there is a table full of food with either sugar, fat or salt or all of them in it, how are you supposed to control the hunger?
How do I deal with the exercising and dieting, when I know I can't drink after running or anything active? .. Or should I just take it easy on that and worry about my nutrition more?
