Fastest Weight Loss Diets!

Hello!

I am due on holiday in 6 weeks and i NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST!

I don't want to or have time to exercise, so i am looking for a diet that i will lose weight on please.

Reaaaaaally open to ideas, preferably something i can order online would be best!

I want really quick results.

I have tried Slimming World, it works for so many but not me as i don't have time to prep!!!

Please come at me with alllll ideas.

Fast is relative, the more overweight you are the faster you will loose initially, you did not put the extra weight on overnight and it will come off just as slowly, if you eat correctly.

please provide your studies showing this as keto and intermittent fasting are both healthy when done correctly.
