Falling off the wagon

So I have been dieting really good from june-september,but this month I feel like I have just fell off the wagon! Im back to my old eating ways and Im not going to gym as much as I use too! And im stuck and I want to get back to my diet but im having a hard time! I really need a good meal plan so I know what to eat..blah blah...is there any really good ones online? I want to eat around 1200-1800 cal/day Im still drinking lots of water...but I feel like shit basically cause im not eating properly and I feel like im alway giving into temptation..eating chips, lots of carbs (im a carb junkie) HOW DO I RID MYSELF OF CHOWING DOWN ON CARBS!!

i really just need some motivation and good meal plans!

Where are you eating junk? If it's at home, make sure you don't bring it into the house. If it's at work or school, that get's difficult. Where I work, there is a plate of cookies or candy around at all times. I don't even see it anymore.
Do you ever use FitDay.com? It's so helpful to get an idea of exactly what I'm eating in a day, and how it all adds up. I usually start my day by sitting down with my one cup of coffee and planning my days meals and snacks. Then at the end of the day (in the middle if I have a chance), I look at it, and see if I have gone off plan and tweak it. It really helps to plan.
I'm new to this site, is there an area for recipes and meal ideas?

carbs are not evil... there's no reason for you to give them up - so don't worry about it...

It's your total calories for the day that matter. Period.

Why do you want to eat between 12-1800 calories? 1200 is very low given your current weight... and i'd be willing to bet that's why you can't "stayo n the wagon" - EAT! seriously -it willb e more effective for you long term -and stop looking at it as a diet - diets are short term... lifestyle changes are forever and allow you to have all your favorites wihtout guilt.

Read the stickied threads in the forum - you'll get a ton of good information.
