Facing facts - half the battle.

paydirt, fair warning.

Thing is, my husband has always been quite athletic - 6 ft tall, about 175 pounds, quite muscular. in 2005, he put on a lot of weight and reached 225 - then he just took the weight right off - he reached 200 in about 10 months, and reached 180 around the end of 2006. Now he cannot stop losing weight - he is down to 172 pounds, and i'm getting him to eat larger but healthier, protein rich meals so he'll decelerate on the weight loss!!

Crazy that i have to struggle so much to lose just 18 measly pounds :/

But he is game about it, participates in my weight management, encourages me, works out with me, and helps with the healthy eating.

Unlike my parents or brother - who'll eat cake, and make fun of me for not doing the same :))
