Hi folks!
I've been working on a diet for a couple of months now, as well as a simple regime of strength training, and so far I've managed to lose two stones. I'm a 6'1 male, and I now weight exactly 14stone.
Whats bothering me is, I've managed to slim down most of my body, except for my face and my neck. I still have a lot of fat in my face (cheeks mainly), as well as a lot around my neck - my face doesn't look at all chissled, I can barely even see my cheekbones...
I'm just wondering if thats normal? I still have about 16 lbs to lose before I should be a supposed perfect weight for my frame, but after a two stone loss I would have expected at least some improvement. I recognise that there's no way to spot-reduce fat, although I don't suppose there are any weight-training methods I can use to help chisel my face or my neck are there?
I should also point out that I'm pretty sure this isn't my natural shape, as it's ridiculously podgy!
