Hello All!!!

I have read so many incredible stories on here, and let me say Well Done!!

Before I started this program, let me tell you the two things I hated most.

* Diets
* Feeling Restricted.

I'm the sort of person who likes to be in control, especially with myself and my life. Life is about Living, enjoying the things you love, and being with the people you love. We were all put here to live our best lives possible. Unfortunately, being healthy kinda helps us live that life, but who says we cant enjoy the things we love??

By giving you a new passion for great food, ive made Losing Weight simple.

Thank you for the congratulations on behalf of us all.

Fortunately - many of us have finally resolved to never go on another diet again. Diets by definition are short term. People go on them and then come off them or abandon them.

The only real solution is to adopt a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life that involves regular exercise and healthy nutrition. The solution is all freely available in the exercise and nutrition section of these boards and the cost is no more than the grocery bill for normal food.

This approach leads not only to weight loss - but maintaining that loss into the future.
