Hi All,
After telling myself for the last 6 months that my increased weight is not a concern, I finally admitted to myself yesterday that I really need to do something about it, when I needed a suit 2 sizes bigger than my size from 2 years ago.
I am about, 5.8 height and 187 pounds. I moved from India to Australia a couple of years ago and my weight has been consistently going up for the last 2 years. Now, I have 25 more pounds on me than from 2 years ago. I have also seen a considerable downward shift in my activity levels and my enthusiasm. Worst of all I was stuck in a dead end office job which wasn’t helping.
So, when a lot of things started going wrong ... I finally decided to blow the whistle. Changed my job to a much more challenging role and finally decided to lose at least 25 pounds in the next 4 months.
Got my birthday in July and want to achieve the target weight before that. Looking for a bit of motivation from all the successful members of this forum.
