you CAN lose the extra skin. Im 19 and had my baby alittle over 2 monthes ago, and Ive been doing alot of ab workouts, circular motion, to the sides, legs going up and down, and my stomach is def getting back to the way it was. I was 170 when i had my baby and im down to 155. And my goal is 130. I know this isnt the best way people want to lose weight but I am taking diet pills, OXYELITE PRO. and they work excellent. Trust me.You have to know what pills you are taking and those are the BEST diet pills.As long as u keep up with your ab workout you will be fine. It may be different after you had like 3 or 4 children but for new mommys who had one child do your workouts!
