Hi And Welcome to the WLF :)

Having a plan is one of the best ways to get started! Good for you for taking that step :)

I would recommend increasing your calories. You really don't want to go too low (trust me, I've been there!) I too started out with calories in that range, and have just recently gone through the process of upping them. I'm now around 1800-2000 calories a day and still losing weight. Granted it's slower, but is much healthier for me in the long run!

Just remember, this is a day by day process, you CAN lose the weight and be healthy doing it!

Best of luck to you!

Hi! Thank you for welcoming me :)
I appreciate your advice! I've already made the adaptation program and I think now I can handle 1200 kcal/day... I'm going to try for a weak, if I can't make it or feel to tired, I will follow your wise suggestion and increase my intake.
:p ***

Well best of luck to you :) Finding what works for yourself is half the battle.

I know for me, extreme low calories did work, I had no problem keeping my calories under that - and I was walking a good 30-40 miles a week, so I wasn't too tired.

It's just not good on the body and I've found there are smarter ways of doing this! I just wished I had armed myself with better info before I got started!

I look forward to getting to know you :)

Ooo, new diary. The only good advice I can add is to drink plenty of water, get enough rest, portion control, don't over exercise, never get down on yourself for overindulging once in a while and just keep a positive attitude. Get these things in place, and you'll be seeing results in no time. Best of luck to you in your journey and I as well as others will be here cheering you on.
