A friend of mine showed me this forum yesterday and I love all the spirit that goes on here! So why not join you?
I've 19 years old, I'm Asian (Macao) but I'm living at Portugal right now.
I've near 170 pounds and I like to go down to 125 pounds.
I'm really enthusiastic about this because of you guys! I think it will be an wonderful journey here with you, I'm so happy!

My dietitian made a pretty nice diet to me, very healthy. So I'm going to follow this the best I can and learn the rest from you. yey
