Exercising by doing what you love.

You know... If we all just sit back and think. Think a little.
What do we really love to do that can help us lose weight, and really make us feel good about ourselves?
Like a flash of light, I just realized, I LOVE volunteering and walking the various dogs at my local humane society. It's also a place where I can make a big difference. It's something I used to do but stopped because I stopped working nearby. But in truth, it's not too far away from where I love.
 
I REALLY want to do this. But have no idea how to go about it :/

I live in Sheffield and have looked online but I can't seem to find anyone in need of a dog walker. And I would really LOVE to do this and LOVE to lose weight.

How did you find out about it?
 
That's a great idea. Volunteering for those pups is an awesome way to get some exercise in.

I think it's often hard for people to find exercise that yet enjoy enough to not make it feel like a task.
 
I hadn't even thought of this! Definitely gonna try find someone in need of a dog walker, would give me more reason and motivation to go for a run! I do get competitive when it comes to kickin a dogs butt in a race haha I'm just too fat now! V good idea though, glad it was mentioned, I'm definitely going to give it a try.
 
i love to doing hard exercise and want to fit my self and lose too much in last week . i encourage too other do not depress from exercise like me.
