Last night, I decided I want to lose some fat and I am going to do 60 sit ups each night. Is this the best way to lose fat? Are there any exercises like it besides push ups? I want to lose weight quick and what exercises can I do???
I use the stairs in exchange for elevator, I do long walks and I definitely follow a diet. I always track my calories with a calorie counter. You find it on weight loss web sites. I use the one from because it’s free and I find there interesting diets too. If you can’t work out all by yourself ask a trainer for some help. Good luck!
