Basically I have injured my knees very many times and would love to do regular running (treadmill, etc.) but I can't due to heavy impact if I wanted to run fast.

I am 6 foot 4 and weigh 335 LBS.
Mainly I have a big gut and butt lol and I want too lose those things.

You are better off not exercising. You need to instead focus on your diet. Not only will you lose the weight, but you can wait till you get the added pressure off your knees before trying the treadmill or other exercises.

Know any good foods i can substitue within my diet, for a person like me that generally have a diet high in carbs (rice, noodles, etc).

I will eat practically anything, hence why I am overweight.

Just count your calories and you can eat w/e you want, just not as much as you want. It's all about caloric deficits for weight loss.

Obviously whole grain will keep you fuller if you're unwilling to give up carbs (i.e. whole wheat noodles, brown rice, etc.).

If you live in America, a great substitution for asian meals are these tofu shirataki noodles that I get at the grocery store. Chicken/pork/sea food/eggs, veggies, some type of asian sause/seasoning, and these noodles make a great nutritious meal.

Well, how about for one week keeping a food diary? Write down everything you eat for a week. Then you can look back and start making substitutions. There are plenty of websites with calorie guides that can aid you. When it comes to life long weight loss, or even making the first steps, education is the key.

When you mention that Jericho and after reading around the forums a bit.
I don't eat breakfast and sometimes not lunch in the same day.
But when I do eat, I have too much all at once.
My sleeping patterns are horrible which I need to fix as well.

@GonnaWeigh Thanks for that piece of information.

Well, there is something you could look at. See if you can try to spread it out, and at the least try to eat something in the morning (or whenever it is you wake up). Your body has been in fast for hours, so give it some energy. You will find yourself just feeling better.
