EXERCISE
Lack of exercise is among the most significant for obesity,Heart problem and overall health problem. Heart patient should be benefitted through proper exercise.Exercise help to reducing stress,cholesterol,blood pressure,and also
reversing atherosclerosis. Exercise is nothing too hard it is filled of fun. But before starting exercise people should learn how to exercise safely.It is a discussion matter with a physician that which is better for them.

Physical exercise is some activity to develop or maintain physical and health fitness.It is sometime required some athletic skill and ability.Regular exercise is better than frequent exercise. If someone can exercise regularly he/she can prevent various type of disease.Like heart disease,diabetes,obesity etc.
Various type of exercise is there eg. 1)stretching ,2)cycling, walking and running ,3)weight training, functional training or sprinting .
1)stretching improve the range of motion of muscles and joints.
2)cycling, walking and running is known as aerobic exercise which increasing cardiovascular endurance.
3)weight training, functional training or sprinting is known as anaerobic exercise which help you to increase short-term muscle strength.

Exercise is related with brain function too
But how???????????
Increasing the blood and oxygen flow,growth factors that help to create new nerve cells and also incresed chemical in the brain which help cognition.

So just go for exercise not for any medicine right??????????
