Does any one have any good exercise ideas that can help the outer thigh area and bottoms! I have a pretty small waist, and I carry most of my weight at the bottom. I cannot seem to find the right exercise that focuses on those particular parts. I run alot, so my calves are in really good shape. I just need a whole lot of help on my thighs and bottom!
 
unfortunately, you can't spot reduce. If you normally carry all your weight in your butt, then that's going to be the last place that you will be able to trim down ... blame it on genetics. If you are looking to tone it up, hiking and squash always give me the best workout in these areas.
