exercise videos for new beginnings

Where can I get exercise videos?

My husband and I just got separated and I have to get back my confidence. Not really show him what he lost, but show myself what I could be. This would also help me take my mind off things.
 
Well, I don't buy workout videos or anything, i just use these 10 minute workouts from Sparkpeople on youtube:

Sometimes finding good exercise videos (that work for you!) can be tough. I don't know about you, but so many of them are really, really hard to do. But I did find some that I really like. And its cool because I can just download the videos to my computer! Love it: fast, easy and cheap! I get mine from Workouts On Demand, you can find them on the web.

I hope this helps. My only other suggestion: do it for you! Do it so you feel good. Don't worry about him. Be the person you always wanted to be and you will be happier.
 
You can get exercise videos at any store - WalMart carries them, Target, most bookstores that also carry movies, etc.

If you don't want to buy them, you can rent them or find them on Netflix, some on Hulu.com, etc. Also if you have cable TV, most cable stations have an OnDemand exercise channel where you can download workouts.
 
Thanks everyone. I checked out your suggestions and I think those from Workouts on Demand will work for me. It was easy to download and I can save it in my laptop. I'm eager to start right now. Thanks Ken. I'm doing it for myself, I promise.
