At some point after I gained so much weight, I read an article somewhere, that what you loved to do when you were 11 years old, you continue to enjoy it for rest of your life. It was as if the Universe had given me a "gift" if you will, something that I needed hear so I could take action. I took some mental inventory of my life as a youngster, and I realized that I never stopped loving to dance, roller skate, or swim. When I was a kid, I never called any of this exercise.
I wrote a long list of all the fun things I did when I was a kid and as part of my new "lifestyle training" weight loss program.
1. Took up Belly dancing, and Hip Hop, going to dance clubs every other week.
2. Swimming and other watersports.
3. Roller skating on the 2 mile trail at the Park.
4. Hot yoga (that's my new favorite thing)
5. I also use small weights for toning
6. Hoola -hooping
