Ok.... so first off, I was looking at the different forum categories... and I'm not sure where I should post about exercise/working out.... what I'm doing, challenges, etc. I don't want to necessarily start a diary/journa.... Any thoughts?
But while I"m here *giggles*..... today was my first day back at the gym in a while. I didn't get a super workout in because the traffic was hell on the way in so it cut into my workout time, but I at least got my 20 mins HIIT cardio and some leg weights done before work. One day at a time right? The only thing I hate about the gym is that there are mirrors EVERYWHERE. I feel like smashing them LOL. It's like *yes.... I know I'm huge and shaped like an onion.... I do NOT need a mirror to remind me*. I just find it counter-motivational.... especially in teh change room. Mirrors for putting on make up and doing your hair, ok fine I'm good with that.... why do we need full length mirrors everywehre? Blech!!
Oh, and I forget who asked me about my yogurt cups but they're 35 cals each.
