Exercise for the time challenged and seriously stressed

Hey all, I've got a question:

I am a grad student who works part time and is writing/researching my dissertation (long paper from heck) full time. So I have little time to move about (which is why I am now the size of Jabba the Hutt's kid sister in the waist and butt area). I finally got sick of my weight gain (size 10-12 when I started the program--size 16 now) and the fact that when I went on a simple 5 mile day hike after several years chained to my computer, I became short of breath rather quickly (granted it was the mountains and a half mile push up a steep hill, but still!)

So here's what I do now and f anyone has any suggestions for someone short of time, I'd love to hear them.

I do a pilates DVD workout 3-4 times/week, I walk a half hour minimum as often as I can, but I went from six days a week to an average of 2 (because of time requirements). I do 5 pushups before exercising.

Anyone know of any great sit on your duff at work exerciises.
