Exercise for the obese

Wow.. I should hank you guys too... I have learned a lot because of all the post here made on this thread.. I didn't know there were so many work out videos... I think I should google now too...

Ouch...

I have been exercising a little each morning and have started having more energy and just feeling better. A couple of days ago I was feeling pretty good and ran around with my nephews kicking a ball for a few minutes... I haven't run in several years. I almost couldn't get out of bed yesterday. My knees hurt so bad yesterday and today. I know I shouldn't have tried so much so soon but, I was feeling really good. Now I'm paying for that lapse in judgment. I'm going to try to continue with at least the arm movements in my belly dancing tape until my knees are up to the rest. :p Lesson learned.
 
As long as you learned from it, I wouldn't sweat it much at all. High impact stuff is something you want to try your best to avoid. At least until more weight is lost and your body gradually adapts to exercise.

Glad to hear you're doing well and feeling good beyond the recent knee pain.
