I do have a varied exercise programme and do thing like reverse crunches, squats, deadlifts etc twice a week on the days I do weights.
The exercise has made a difference but I think people have hit the nail on the head with the fat % point. Although my BMI is now down to just in the normal range my BF % is too high and I suspect this willbe the last place it goes from!
Ijustwannabefit - no kids no, god knows what state i'll be in after that! I've heard of that exercise, my mum has a ball I couldborrow, will give it a go!
