Tough times are looming and right now I can't afford to workout at the gym. I am dedicated to continue working out at home though. Any tips where to get those work out routines they use at the gym?

There are so may out there and it's confusing what to use.

depends really on what you want to do. There's a number of great resources on the web for workout routines, and even a few good sites for putting together your own workout gear for low cost. Weights are easy, all a weight is is something that is heavy. Body weight exercises are another possibility. Don't need a gym to do pushups, crunches and squats.

Hiii Sugar Member,
"Big D" has given you a Good and wise suggestion. I also want to conclude that you can also try for some Yoga Exercises which helped me and lot of my friends.
As you can try
Kapalabhati : 5 Min
and Anulom Vilom : 5 Min
As i am a Big fan of Yoga so I use to to give this suggestion for the people who don't have much time to workout and the results of which be seen but only after a Week or so.
So can Check how these can be performed on any website. If you can not be able to find it. Please Tell me I will going to suggest you the sites.

hi,
many of my online clients train at home (I mean that as encouragement not just advertisement) and they get great results. The most important thing to remember if your training at home is not STAY MOTIVATED! Some people find that its harder to stay motivated just training at home.

I don't know how much equipment you have so heres some exercises that don't need any or very little equipment. You can use these in any combination so the variety is huge:

push ups, squats, lunges, dips, jogging, sprints, jumps (various types), cycling, shoulder press, burpees, jumping jacks, core exercises, chin ups, walking, boxing, jump rope

hope that helps

Exercise Balls

You might want to buy an exercise ball - they are great.

You can go to you tube and find lots of exercises that you can do.

There are many TV programs that I find quite useful. Search for Gillard program or Deniese Austin, I am sure if you check your TV guide you should find one of them. Gillard is my favorite!!
Good luck:seeya:
