I'm new to these forums..
so i guess i'll say a bit about me..
I am 19 almost 20. Live in Canada. :luxlove:
Over the past year I have lost just over 50 lbs. (going from 184 - 122)
if that's calculated right.. lol.
To do this I started taking Lorna Vanderhaege Thyrosense to give my Metabolism a kick in the ass, and I began working out daily and eating right.
I cut out bread and sugar for a while (although sadly I've introduced it back into my diet only to see a bloated stomach once again) and that seems to work wonders - you feel healthier and more energetic.
Anyways, my question is for those weight training... I have always had a big chest. Even now at my weight I am still a 32d. However, I have so much excess skin there that it is disgusting. It can fold over and scrunch up (sorry this sounds gross.. it actually is pretty cool... lol) but i want it gone especially for summer season!!!
I know that I have stretch marks on my boobs but, relaly it is just the excess skin playing a part. Is there any exercises that target that area so I can tighten and firm it up?
Ive been doing pushups and using a machinea thte gym (not sure what its called) that works your pecs. Desperateeee please help guys!
