I have not been able to post on this board for a long time as I was going through a lot of changes in my life - both negative and positive.
I have completely neglected my self in the last few months as a result of which I am in a bad shape. Just last week I thought I should start some form of exercise and started going for a walk in the evenings in the park. But for strength training I am thinking of using a Resistive exercise band along with push ups at home. Has any one tried Resistive exercise bands? I need to know how effective they are.
