Hey all,

My name is Cynthia and I am so happy to find a site that caters to people wanting to get in shape and stay in shape. I am an ex-high school athlete who has maintained her shape until 2006 when I was in a bad relationship. My self-esteem was knocked down that I let myself go. Now, that I am by myself and happy, I am getting back in shape and wanting to get my 16 year old body back. I hope that this site will help me achieve some goals and I look forward to hearing any feedback to posts. Thanks!

Do you go to FSU? I graduated from UF and USF, but my brother graduated from FSU so I won't hassle you too much...
