Hello,
I'm a 32yo male that's just getting back into the fitness thing after 15 years. I was very active in biking, walking, martial arts, and weightlifting when i was in high school but hadn't been able to get back into it since. Back then i was 5'8" and 175lbs with a 28" waist. Fast-forward to a year ago and i was 198 with a 42" waist and high cholesterol. I'm since down to 178lbs with the waistline down to about 34", that's mostly from cutting back and trying to be more active. I'm hoping to reach my target of a 30" waist by the end of the summer. I'm sure to be looking for feedback and information as i try to shed the last of my love handles, the last bit always being the hardest.
