Looks like a nice forum you have here.

I’ve been gym going for about 10years and just had 2 years off through laziness. I rejoined a gym about 2 weeks ago and my main reason for registering on the forum is to moan about how the gym is run!

I look forward to joining in with the forum, and i’ll try not to ask and stupid questions!
