Just to say hello, joined tonight as I found a few posts interesting...

Recently joined a gym and started a diet after a year of no smoking and an increase from 13st to 15st 4 been to the gym for 4 weeks now and I am 14st 5

HOPING TO GET BACK TO 13st

Congrats on quitting smoking!

Welcome aboard! Congrats on kicking the nasty cigs. If you can do that... you can definitely get the extra weight off.
