I have never really worked out before other than soccer practices. I am 5'11, male, and around 80kg (178lb), I just started using 10lb dumbbells while riding the stationary bike. I do that every other day. On the other days, I do a combination of squats 3 sets of 30 (with the dumbbells as well), curling and pressing the 10lb dumbbells, and then i do 3 sets of 12-15 reps of bench pressing about 100 lbs. I don't feel that I am fat, I just want to be in better shape with a more flat stomach. I try to keep my calorie intake to about 2000. Is there anything I could improve on with the equipment I have?
