Erm..Hello..

Hello people...
I thought id pop here and see how the others are doing on there journey for a better weight, as im doing the same xD.
Well about me...
My names Lynd, 19, and im aiming for a decent 12-13 stone weight :D.
Im currently 15 and a half'ish (probs a bit over :doh: )
Anyways, i go to the gym after college, for around 2 hours a day (3 days a week, and run around the football pitches around 3-4 times on my day off). I started my workout thingy at around march time, and lost 3 and a half stone, but i came here to get some enthusiasm and motivation to keep going :D.
Well, thanking you for reading my semi-somewhat low speech :p, but i hope that we can get along well ^^.

Hi congrats on the weight loss so far.
To get motivation here start a diary in the diary sections and comment in other peoples' diaries and you will soon have a network of online friends to support and motivate you.

You're certainly in the right place to find enthusiasm and motivation, this forum is packed full of it- I'd echo ecky's suggestion of checking out the diaries section, as well as the before and after section- a daily dose of both will help keep you on the right track with reminders of what is possible with a little determination!
