Well about me...
My names Lynd, 19, and im aiming for a decent 12-13 stone weight

Im currently 15 and a half'ish (probs a bit over

Anyways, i go to the gym after college, for around 2 hours a day (3 days a week, and run around the football pitches around 3-4 times on my day off). I started my workout thingy at around march time, and lost 3 and a half stone, but i came here to get some enthusiasm and motivation to keep going
