Equipment?!?!?!?

I can't go to the gyms and I can't buy anymore.
So all the equipment I have right now is pretty much a treadmill, skipping rope and that thing that helps you do sit ups. What would be the best way to lose some fat and weight?
I'm 14 years old, 4'9, and i weigh 105 lbs (i'm aiming for 90 lbs).

a good diet.. and i personally think you dont need to lose any weight
But it's kinda embarrassing because most of my friends who are taller than me weigh around 95 pounds. So it's weird because I'm shorter than them but weigh more. And I'll have to try really really really hard to stick to a good diet.

If you always compare yourself to others, you will have a difficult time of it. No two bodies are alike. Has your doctor told you that you need to lose weight or that your body fat % is too high?

You also need to remember that muscle weighs more than fat. It's possible that you carry more muscle than your friends do. Perhaps they should be the ones that are embarrassed? ; )

Plus, you're young and need to be sure to consume enough of the appropriate foods. You may have more growing to do. "Diet" is not a word I like to use, so I tend to "consume in moderation" but do the best I can in eating the right foods and avoiding the wrong foods. This will go a long way in creating a healthy you. And drink lots of water all the time.

As to the original question, you can find all kinds of books and videos at the library that can help you decide what kind of workouts you want to do. I like mat Pilates because there is no equipment needed and it's low impact. Library materials are free, and I can order them online and just go pick them up when they come in. CONVENIENT!!
