Enough is Enough

I'll start off by saying awesome website.I've read some posts in various
sections and the members are very helpful.
I'm 6'2" and weigh 155lbs.
I played Junior A hockey(as a goalie).Fit and 3.8% body fat.

Well you probaly already know my reason for joining the forum and
asking for guidance.I need to gain weight.I have freewieghts or dumbells
at home but cant seem to get bigger.I'm ripped but nothing behind it.
I eat to much fast food.1-2 times a day:eek:
I need a meal plan to follow, and maybe some exercise plans too.
Something to get me on track and keep me there.I'm hoping to be at least
30-40lbs heavier some day.
Thanks for your time, info, help or anything that can change my life
-Ryan
