My name is Micah and I am new to these forums. I have been researching and doing some common sense dieting such as cutting out unnecessary fats and sugars from my daily intake. I am 17 years old and a senior in high school and plan on enlisting in the Marine Corps in November, however I need to be able to do at least 3 pull-ups to pass the PFT. I am really trying at the NROTC scholarship which is reccomended to me by my recruiter that I need to be able to do at least 10. I am around 6-2 and weigh 210lbs, so weight wise I am not too far off but I have been running and doing PT with the other recruits at the local recruiting station and havent been loosing the weight I would like to lose. If I could drop 15lbs by the beginning of November that would be great but I dont know where to start.
I dont drink soda's but do drink the occasional energy drink, other than that its usually a vitamin water milk or sweet tea. every once and a while juice.
I dont eat breakfast and lunches are usually small, but dinners are larger when im not working.
Any help would be appreciated. Sense I dont know where else to start.
