Energy!!

Hey Gang!
Hows everyone doing with their weight loss? Hope great and right on track..
Just wanted to ask if anyone knows of any ways to boost energy? I am not hungry or anything its that I feel sluggish sorta especially between 10 & 12pm.. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks all..

Even if you don't feel hungry, I would suggest eating a healthy snack. Maybe a handful of nuts? Also, drinking alot of water seems to keep me feeling good all day too. Hope this helps!

Well I do drink alotttt of water actually too much I think lol, since I cut out diet soda thats what I drink.. I do eat almonds and walnuts when I need a snack and it does help some... I will try to drink some diet green tea, I see that it is 0 all down the nutrition fact list so maybe that may help somehow.. Thanks for your help..
