Hey I'm looking for some help I'm to the point I'm willing to do anything I can to squeeze out more weight loss. ... not in the disorder way, the super motivated, it's the most important thing in my life kind of way. I've had my ups and lately huge downs. I turned 21, and at the same time recovered from mono ( so a 20 day period of 300 cal diet to a 3000+ diet..)
I never did the morning bike ride to work, I never will. not a morning person. I'm more of the mid night exerciser. went from doing 10-15 push ups start of summer to 41 and 45 sit ups. I know how to lose weight, I went from 270 to 215 in about 18 months. Though getting below 230 again is hard, and let alone below that.
More specifically, I know my weak spots, first sleep. didn't get 7 hours? Not going to do that 750 cal trip to the gym. but you all can't help me with that. Here is my big big big problem. Monster caffeine drinks. tomorrow, I'll have 3, sure they are the low carb, but I'm fracking 21, even on 6 hours sleep, I'm sitting at a desk all day, I shouldn't need caffeine in the 300 mg and other stimulant is the 10000mg range.
What can I do to my diet to fix this. I'll admit, I'll go through 2 boxes of lean pockets a week ( I mean the family sized ones), I don't have time to cook in the morning. 2 hot pockets at 500 cals, I'm good to go! pop a supreme protein mini bar for a snack, then hit lunch at 1 pm. I feel I could add more. Shakes don't hold me, but if that's what I have to do... I don't want to hit starvation, but I'm hitting 2k cals a day usually, I want to hit 1.8k
sorry it's a bit disconnected.. I guess a shotgun of questions. Thanks for any help! I got a great local store that sells supplements for cheap compared to like GNC. a box of bars costs me 25 bucks, verses 90 at GNC.. so I'll buy whatever you say... if it makes sense.
oh yes, so I do that hit gym hard for a few weeks, get tossed off my grove (3 week break after I got overly sore because I took a cycle class). Though I do hit the gym atleast 50% of the weeks. Would it be too much to say I've gained 15 lbs in muscle over the last year? I'm the same body I think as when I was 215, but I got definition and my arms are muscular ( course only I can see it, thanks to that 30 lb wrapper I'm in!! =(* )
