Energy boost for Cardio workout - reccomendations?

What do you all reccomend for an energy boost for your cardio workout? So that you can really 'work it' at a good speed and maintain it longer etc?

Diet Red Bull is one thing i've thought of, any others?

Also I was wondering, would using Creatine for weight loss be a good idea? I don't know much about it, but figured if it was supplying energy to the muscle it might help with this sort of thing?

I don't use anything for a boost. I am not a fan of caffeine. If you need some kind of boost then maybe you aren't eating properly or sleeping enough. I personally dont put things into my body to trick it into thinking it can do more than it can or should. Maybe if I was a professional athlete making millions..but I'm not. :D
