I'm Emma and I'm 25, from Coventry, UK.
I've just started my weight loss/nutrition/fitness journey and I could use some help and friends along the way
I've just started to work out 3 times a week, from previously doing nothing at all! 2 zumba classes and one session with a personal trainer. I want to start incorporating more exercise by going to the gym every other night.
I'm a vegetarian and I'm trying to implement changes in my diet as suggested by my trainer - but I'm still a bit clueless! Never used to feed myself properly, lived off pizza, chips, crisps, choclolate, cakes, etc etc - yuk!
I'm 5ft 4" and weigh around 175lbs....officially obese!
