Hello ^_^

My name is Emerald.
I'm here because I feel that the support I hope to receive will aid in my weight loss and give me accountability.

About Me:

  • Studying Biology (Zoology-Apiology and Botany)
  • I've been happily Married for 2 years now
  • I take in about 1200 Cal a day
  • I do 30 min - 1 hour Cardio 6/7 days a week (treadmill, step aerobics, tennis, Wii Active)
  • My Cardio workouts have to vary
  • Weight train 3 times a week
  • I love to belly dance
  • I write, draw, and sing very well
  • I'm an introvert who knows how to pretend to be an extrovert
  • There is a story behind my name "Emerald"
  • I've lost 14 pounds so far!

I will lend support to you. Please lend support to me. I think we all need it. That's why we're here. ^_^

Wow! It sounds like you're doing great! Amazing actually.

Welcome to the forum! Feel free to check out the stickies - they are very helpful. Also be sure and check out the diary section - if you start a weight loss journal in the diary section it can be a great motivation.
