Elliptical Results?

I started using the elliptical about a week and a half ago and have been using it for approximately 35 minutes a day (lol not too shabby seeing as I've been pretty much sedentary since having my daughter 3 years ago). I'm curious how long it has taken others to see results weight loss wise? I know everyone's different, but I'm interested in how long it took others to see noticeable results. I'm watching what I eat quite closely as well. :) Thanks!
 
results from eliptical will be much the same as results from anything else you use. great for first month or 2, then plateau as your body adapts, requiring you to change it up.

optimal weight loss requires in order of importance diet, resistance training, cardio. Have all three in a good evolving routine and you'll see consistent results.

i've been using the elliptical for about 3 weeks now and have totally ditched the treadmill since then...lol! to answer your question, in terms of results as long as your doing some form of exercise everyday your doing your body a world of good! nutrition plays a major role so i'd suggest reading the info in the stickies coz there's lots of useful info on there...but since you mentioned your watching what you eat it already coupled with the elliptical it sounds like your off to a great start hun, all the best xoxo
