Hi everyone!
I have a question, is working out on an elliptical trainer for 30-50 minutes, 6 times a week going to help me lost 20 pounds in 6 months?
this is information about me
Age : 18 years old
Gender : Female
Weight : 130 pounds
Height : 5 feet 2 inches (62 inches)
Elliptical is the only form of Cardio I do. I haven't started weight training yet because of time restrictions.
I worked out 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 15-25 minutes
and I workout one more time before i sleep for 15-25 minutes
I eat breakfast about 2-3 hours after my morning workout
I stop eating at night around 8pm, i drink lemon water with no sugar added at night.
My maximum daily caloric intake is 1400cals, and my minimum is 1200cals. I try to eat healthy as much as possible. Its really hard to eat healthy because of all the junk food out there and my family is a total junkie as well. but I am trying my best =)
I need to get my weight down to 110pounds in 6 months for my wedding and honeymoon. do you think I can get my weight down to 110pounds in 6 months by just doing what I am doing right now?
or do I need to change something?
If anyone need to additional information to answer my question feel free to ask me. I would greatly appreciate your help because losing weight for my special day means a lot to me
