Stepped on the scales yesterday, from going back to weight loss three-four weeks ago I'm down 4-5lbs on my scales(8lbs on gym scales, that's not consistent though...
So now I'm standing at 172lbs, 22.1BMI
Which is pretty nice, to say I've not been able to put in the effort as much with my training due to revision.
But, when I'm sitting my gut bulges a bit... (I'll try and get my camera working) and I'm pretty stuck at what to do about it! I'm pretty sure someone of my BMI shouldn't tend to have this bad ?
