Effective workout?

I was wondering if my workout was very effective at losing my last 10lbs.

Here's my routine:

Treadmill first-
Walk 3 mph-5 min
Jog 6 mph-10 min
Walk 3 mph-5 min
Jog 6 mph-10 min
Walk 4 mph- 2 min

I rest for a minute or two and then jump back on and do that at least once more. I sometimes also switch it up with an eliptical machine if I'm feeling daring.

I try and get the meter thing to tell me I have 1000 Calories (how accurate is it really?) and then I go and lift weights for about 20 minutes.

I do this about 3 or 4 days a week. I'm not really on that strict of a diet, but I try and keep my Calories somewhat limitted.

I can't seem to get these extra 10lbs off. Is there something wrong with my workout?

My advice (and that is all it is) I would lean more towards resistence training for those last few pounds. Keep the protein high and the weights heavy. Your body will wont to hold onto those least few pounds (reserves) and it will be willing to sacrifice a little muscle to do it. Protein intake and lifting can counter act that. It may take a while but be patient. You will look and feel better in the end.
