An active brain can be achieved by exercising it, playing games and moving to a totally new place. It will never learn to change the violent behavior that is why anyone with such conscience can never have a healthy body and mind. If they allow terror and violence to rule their minds, they always find themselves in despair, fighting all the time, causing injury to the body and always sad or thinking about hurting innocent people.
