I am a poor 19 year old college student that cannot afford the gym. I have already lost 35 pounds, but got lazy but kept within 5 pounds of what I lost. I can notice though that my body is nowhere in the shape it was in.
I used to run and would find my whole body reacting to it. My chest would get tighter. I would find my arms were getting skinnier and there was a lot more muscle building up from just running.
My question is what are the most effective natural workouts for me? I simply cannot afford going to the gym or buying anything. I am guessing situps and pushups are some of the tops things to do. Any advice? Thank you.
