Well guys since now im giving it my 150 percent to working out and aiming for my goal of being in good shape ill be updateing this thread and making I guess like my personal diary.
I would like for people to give me tips or what not. Ill post pics soon but here is what I got so far and my plan for the next 8 weeks while I try to get to a max of 315 on the bench which would make it 3 plates of 45's on each side and building more muscle mass.

I have more fat around my belly area which im really trying to read on and cutting down alot of fatty foods but still eating 6 small meals througout the day and working out 5 times a week.

Some of my goals
Get rid of belly fat and form a nice shape around that area
build my shoulders alot more to catch up with my chest
build more bicep and tricep
get use to eating better and cut down on fast food
By doing all this it will just make me feel better all around.
Monday:Chest
Tuesday:Back
Wendsday:Leg (I call it 90 degree day)
Thursday:Shoulders
Friday: Arms
